The Dairysense milk meter has one of the lowest maintenance costs among milk meters on the market. Because mechanical control is performed by vacuum, there are almost no parts that can fail. With only annual gasket maintenance, you can use it for many years with minimal operating costs.

The Dairysense Digital Milk Meter maintains continuous flow and fills a chamber to a set level; when the level is reached the chamber is emptied. Filling and emptying are performed by vacuum. Its four sensors generate signals for milk yield while simultaneously measuring flow rate, conductivity and temperature.

The Dairysense Digital Milk Meter System operates with an accuracy of approximately 2%, which is below the internationally accepted 5% error margin. This accuracy may vary depending on wash water temperature and the quality of the washing chemicals used.
